Martin Luther King Plaza Homeowners' Association, is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation (the "Homeowners' Association") is governed by The MLK Covenants and Declarations. Both are legally-binding documents serving the Home owners at the Home of Martin Luther King Plaza which is part of the revitalization program of this area of Philadelphia. None of our members receive compensation for their services. Your involvement and contributions are essential to our success and the quality of life in our association and community.
